Accommodation

The participants are expected to be housed in the hotel "Moscow" (located in the center of the city) and hotel "Orbita" (located near the conference hall)

The Organizing Committee will arrange transportation from Moskva hotel to the conference hall and back for participants.

Moscow Hotel

Hotel "Moscow" is situated in the historical center of Saint-Petersburg, near Nevsky Prospekt, on the Neva embankment.

Metro station is in the hotel building. In 20-25 minutes you will be able to reach major historical attractions: Hermitage, Admiralty, Russian museum.

The rooms are overlooking the architectural ensemble of Alexander Nevsky Lavra and the Neva River. During the summer white nights you can observe retraction of the Alexander Nevsky bridge. Every room has city and international phone line, internet access, 33 channels of television (including foreign channels). The "fireplace hall" and 8th floor area have WiFi internet access.

For child up to 3 years baby bed is free.
For children from 3 to 12 years room price is 50%.
Children under the age of 6 without extra bed stay free
Express registration for foreign guests costs additional 150 rub for each person (incl. 18% VAT).

Check-out is 12:00(12AM). When you leave earlier, the price is full-day. When you leave later, it'll cost additional +50%
Check-in time is 14:00(2PM).

Organizing Committee arranges the hotel “Moscow” through the Anders Tourist Agency. Please note that hotel payments are made during the registration, at the Conference Hall on the first day of conference, either by credit card or in cash (only Russian rubles are accepted). Please do not pay for your room at the hotel “Moscow” (your rooms are already paid by the travel agency)!

Orbita Hotel

Orbita hotel is situated near the Conference hall and within 20 minutes by metro from the city center. For the guests are offered different types of rooms, internet access, café and other services. Hotel offers rooms of different categories with balconies. There are TV-set, telephone, refrigerator, bath or shower in every room. Additional bed is possible in every room. Children under 7 years without additional bed stay for free.

Check-out time is 12 a.m. (12:00). Check-in time – 2 p.m. (14:00).

All payments are made in Russian Rubles or by credit card in the hotel on arriving.

All rooms are available from 28.06.2015 to 04.07.2015. Breakfast included.
